Can 15 year olds work at Tim Hortons?

There have been many debates over the past few years as to whether or not 15 year olds can legally work at Tim Hortons. While the answer to this question largely depends on the province in which you reside, the general consensus is that most provinces do not allow 15 year olds to work at coffee shops.

That being said, it is important to note that there are a few exceptions to this rule. In Quebec, for example, it is legal for 15 year olds to work at coffee shops with parental permission.

In Ontario, however, it is illegal for any person under the age of 18 to work in a coffee shop.

Overall, it is safe to say that most coffee shops do not allow 15 year olds to work. However, there are a few places in which this age restriction does not apply, so it is important to check with your local coffee shop before you apply.
