Does AutoZone do car inspections?

AutoZone is a national retailer of auto parts and accessories with over 5,000 stores across the United States. One of the services that AutoZone offers is a free car inspection. Customers can bring their cars into any AutoZone store and have one of the employees inspect the vehicle for any potential problems.

The inspection includes a visual check of the engine, oil, transmission, brakes, and tires. The employee will also test the battery and electrical system. If any problems are found, the employee will recommend the appropriate repair or replacement.

AutoZone does not perform state-mandated safety inspections. However, many states allow customers to get a free safety inspection at an AutoZone store if they purchase repair or replacement parts from the store.

In conclusion, AutoZone does offer free car inspections, but they are not state-mandated safety inspections.
