If you have a CVS card number, you can update your information online at the CVS website. You will need your CVS card number and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
To update your information online, navigate to the CVS website and click on “My Account.” On the My Account page, click on the “Cards and Payment” tab.
On the Cards and Payment page, click on the “Update My CVS Card Info” link. .
On the Update My CVS Card Info page, enter your CVS card number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Click on the “Update My Info” button.
The updated information will be displayed on the next page. Click on the “Confirm My Update” button to finish the process.
