How much is Albertsons debt?

Albertsons is an American grocery chain with 2,200 stores across the United States. The company was founded in Idaho in 1939 by Joe Albertson.

The Albertsons chain includes some of the most popular grocery brands in the United States, such as Safeway, Vons, Pavilions, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Shaw’s, Star Market, and Carrs. Albertsons is also the second-largest pharmacy chain in the United States with over 1,800 locations.

Albertsons is owned by a holding company called AB Acquisition LLC. AB Acquisition LLC is controlled by Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm.

According to Albertsons’ website, the company has annual sales of $19.7 billion. However, it is not clear how much debt the company has.

A report from Moody’s Investor Service says that Albertsons had $11.7 billion in debt as of October 2016. This number includes both short-term and long-term debt.
