Trader Joe’s sells a variety of food items including fresh produce, packaged foods, wine and beer, flowers and plants, household cleaning products, and pet supplies.

While both Sprouts and Trader Joe’s sell healthy food options at reasonable prices, there are some key differences between the two supermarket chains. Sprouts specializes in organic and natural foods while Trader Joe’s focuses on selling affordable specialty food items. Sprouts also offers a wider selection of fresh produce than Trader Joe’s.
