If you have a Kroger Plus card, you can update your information online or by calling 1-800-Kroger. Kroger Plus cards are issued by banks and have the Visa or Mastercard logo on the front. To update your card’s information online, go to Kroger.com and sign in. Then click on My Account in the top left corner and select My Kroger Plus Card. On the My Kroger Plus Card page, click on Update My Information.
You’ll need your card number, expiration date, name, and email address. Then click on Update My Information. To update your card by phone, call 1-800-Kroger and ask to speak to a customer service representative. They’ll need your card number, expiration date, name, and email address. The representative will then update your information and give you a new card number and expiration date.
