The USPS maintains a network of drop boxes across the country where mail can be dropped off without the need for a signature. This is convenient for people who are not able to leave their homes or for those who are traveling and cannot take their mail with them.
However, there are some restrictions to using the USPS drop box. First of all, packages must be no larger than 3 inches by 3 inches by 6 inches.
Additionally, the package must be sealed and package material, such as paper and cardboard, cannot be taped to the outside of the package.
If the package meets these requirements, the USPS will deliver it to the nearest drop box. Unfortunately, the USPS does not deliver to PO boxes or post offices.
