If you’re not happy with your Missguided order, you can return it to Asda for a refund or an exchange. To start your return, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. You can find these on your order confirmation or in the My Orders section of your Missguided account.
Next, head to the Asda Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address. Once you’ve located your order, select the items you want to return and the reason for your return. You’ll then be given a returns label to attach to your package.
If you’re returning items from an international order, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping yourself. We recommend using a tracked service so you can keep an eye on your return as it makes its way back to us. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 14 days and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.
