If you have automatic payments set up on your PayPal account, there may be a way to stop them. First, make sure you know what automatic payments are set up on your account. PayPal usually sets up automatic payments for when you make a purchase with your linked bank account. If you don’t want these payments to happen, you’ll need to disable them. To do this, go to your PayPal account and click on the “Payments” tab. Here, you’ll see a list of all the automatic payments that are set up on your account. To disable a payment, just click on the “Disable” button next to it. Once you’ve disabled a payment, it’ll stop showing up on the “Payments” tab, and you won’t be charged for it.
However, you’ll still need to confirm the disablement by clicking on the “Confirm” button. If you want to re-enable a payment, just click on the “Enable” button next to it. You can also email PayPal if you have any questions about disabling or re-enabling a payment. Finally, be sure to confirm the disablement by clicking on the “Confirm” button. If you don’t confirm the disablement, the payment will still go through, but PayPal will charge you a re-activation fee. So, be sure to confirm your disablement to avoid these fees.
