Episode #208, “Cartman’s Mom Is A Dirty Slut”, features Cartman eating KFC for the first time. The episode begins with Cartman and his friends playing a game of truth or dare, where Cartman dares Kyle to eat a KFC McNugget.
Kyle reluctantly eats the McNugget, and soon becomes ill. Cartman then tries the McNugget himself and becomes ill as well.
Later, as Cartman and Kyle are lying in the hospital, Cartman tells Kyle that he ate the McNugget and that he is sick because of it. Kyle is angry with Cartman, but eventually forgives him.
The two boys then make a pact to never eat KFC again.
The next time Cartman sees KFC, he is disguised as a woman and, using a fake ID, he orders a McNugget. As he eats it, he suddenly vomits all over himself and the McNugget. In shock, he realizes that he is still sick because of the McNugget.
He reveals his true identity to the cashier and tells her that he is sick because of the McNugget he ate. The cashier, angry at Cartman for lying, kicks him out of the restaurant.
In the end, Cartman is still sick, but he is able to recover without eating KFC again.
