What foods did Taco Bell discontinue?

Taco Bell discontinued a number of its menu items, including the Chalupa, Frito Burrito, Crunchwrap Supreme, and Chalupa Supreme. The company also discontinued its XXL Grilled Cheese.

In a Q1 2019 earnings call, Taco Bell CEO Brian Niccol acknowledged the company’s struggles, stating that “we feel like we’ve been too slow to react to changes in the marketplace.” The company has since introduced new menu items, such as the Chalupa Bell Grande, Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, and $5 Double Stacked Tacos.
