It has more than 1,000 stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, making it one of the largest clothing retailers in the United States. T. Maxx is part of The TJX Companies, which also owns other major off-price retailers such as Marshalls and HomeGoods in the United States, Winners in Canada, and TK Maxx in Europe.
In 2007, T. Maxx was ranked #22 on Fortune magazine’s list of America’s largest retailers by revenue. In 2015, Forbes ranked T. Maxx as America’s 8th largest privately held company with $28.9 billion total revenue.
