FedEx P&D routes are profitable, but there are a few caveats. The routes are profitable when the average package weight is below a certain threshold, and when the package delivery time is below a certain threshold.
FedEx does not make money off of packages that weigh more than a certain weight or take more than a certain amount of time to deliver.
The main downside to FedEx P&D routes is that they are not as profitable as some of the other delivery methods. For example, FedEx ground routes are much more profitable than FedEx P&D routes.
This is because ground routes can deliver packages faster and earn more money per package.
