UPS shipping envelopes are not always free. There are certain conditions that have to be met in order to receive a free shipping envelope. For example, the order must be at least $50 and the order total must be over $100.
Additionally, the order must be placed on or before the cutoff date. If the order is placed after the cutoff date, the customer will have to pay the standard shipping fee.
