There is no getting around the fact that Walgreens is not the most ideal place to drop off a FedEx package. First and foremost, Walgreens is not a secure location. Anyone with access to the building could easily walk in and leave a package without being noticed. Secondly, the Walgreens counter is not the most customer-friendly place to deal with a package.
Many customers have complained about how difficult it is to get a clerk to take their package, and how the counter is often crowded and slow. Finally, Walgreens does not offer any type of shipping service that competes with FedEx. All of these factors make it difficult to recommend dropping off a FedEx package at Walgreens. However, if you have to do it, at least make sure to do it during non-peak hours and be prepared to deal with difficult customer service.
