Kroger offers a registration renewal service for customers who have registered for the My Kroger account. Customers can renew their registration by going to My Kroger and selecting the “Register for account” link on the home page. After registering for the My Kroger account, customers can select the “Registration renewal” link on the home page.
Customers will need to enter their registration information and the registration date. If the customer has not renewed their registration by the registration date, they will not be able to login to their account and make purchases.
