Advance Auto Parts offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products, including brake pads. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply bring it back within 30 days and we’ll be happy to process a return for you.
In order to process a return, you will need your original receipt or packing slip. If you don’t have either of these, we may be able to look up your purchase in our system using your name and phone number.
All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or installed products.
