Can I return missguided to Asda?

If you’ve bought something from Missguided and it’s not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer a refund or exchange on all items, provided they’re in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.

To return your order, simply head to our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to choose whether you want a refund or an exchange, and then print off your returns label.

If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll send out your new items as soon as we receive your returns. If you’re requesting a refund, this will be processed within 14 working days.

Please note that refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

We currently offer our UK customers free returns via Asda ToYou. Simply take your items to your nearest Asda store (excluding George stores) and hand them over at the customer service desk. You’ll need to take your order confirmation email with you, as well as the card you used to pay.
