If you’re not happy with an ASOS item you’ve received, you can return it to us for free within 28 days of receiving your order. You can either return your item to one of our stores, or by post.
If you choose to return by post, we’ll give you a free returns label.
To return an item to one of our stores, take your item and order number to the Customer Service desk. Alternatively, you can return your item by post. To do this, fill out the returns form that came with your order and include it in your package.
Then attach the free returns label to your package and take it to your local Post Office. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse, so we recommend that you get a certificate of postage.
Can I return my ASOS parcel to Asda?
Unfortunately, ASOS does not have any arrangement with Asda whereby customers can return items to Asda stores. ASOS customers can only return items either to an ASOS store or by post.
