As of now, Best Buy stores across the United States are closed to in-person shopping. However, customers can still shop online and take advantage of curbside pickup at select locations. Best Buy is also offering free shipping on all online orders with no minimum purchase required.
The decision to close Best Buy stores to in-person shopping was made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of employees and customers is the top priority. Best Buy is monitoring the situation closely and will reopen stores when it is safe to do so.
In the meantime, customers can shop online at BestBuy.com or take advantage of curbside pickup at select locations. Curbside pickup is available at all Best Buy stores except for those in malls.
Customers can order online and then select the “Pick up in store” option at checkout. Once the order is ready, they will receive an email or text notification letting them know it’s time to head to the store. From there, they’ll just need to show their ID and confirmation number at the customer service counter.
