If you’ve ever shopped on ASOS, you know that the experience is pretty seamless. You add items to your cart, checkout, and wait for your package to arrive.
But what happens if you need to return something? Can you return ASOS at Asda?
The short answer is no, you cannot return ASOS at Asda. ASOS is its own separate entity and does not have any affiliation with Asda. This means that you will need to go through the standard process for returning items to ASOS, which we’ll outline below.
If you need to return an item to ASOS, the first thing you’ll need to do is log into your account and go to the “Orders” section. From there, select the order that contains the item you wish to return, and click on the “Return or replace items” button.
Next, select the item (or items) that you wish to return, and indicate the reason for the return. Once you’ve done that, click on the “Continue” button and follow the instructions on screen. You’ll be able to print out a returns label from there.
Attach the returns label to your package, and send it back to ASOS via your chosen method (standard or tracked). And that’s it! You should receive a refund within 14 days.
So in short, while you cannot return ASOS at Asda, returning items to ASOS is a pretty straightforward process. Just make sure you do it within 28 days of receiving your order, and you should be all set.
