Can you use EBT with Instacart?

Instacart is a grocery delivery service that allows customers to order groceries online and have them delivered to their doorstep. Some of the groceries that Instacart accepts are EBT cards.

Instacart has a partnership with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) called SNAP Instacart.

SNAP Instacart allows SNAP recipients to shop for groceries using their EBT cards. The groceries are delivered to the SNAP recipient’s doorstep, and the recipient pays for the groceries using their EBT card.

This partnership is beneficial for both parties. For Instacart, it provides a way for SNAP recipients to use their EBT cards.

This way, Instacart can avoid taking a cut of the groceries that are being purchased using SNAP benefits. For SNAP recipients, it allows them to have groceries delivered to their doorstep, which can be a convenient way to have food.
