Do USPS CCA get raises?

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is an American federal agency that provides postal service. The USPS is an independent establishment of the United States government and is not an agency of the Department of Defense. It is unique among federal agencies in that it is not a cabinet-level department. The USPS operates with a self-financing model and receives no tax dollars from the federal government. As a result, it has had to rely on revenue from postage, shipping, and retail sales. In 2011, the USPS announced that it would be raising postage rates on certain items.

The rate for a first-class letter would increase from 35 cents to 46 cents, and the rate for a package would increase from $0.50 to $0.70. The USPS has not announced any plans to raise rates again in the future.
