Hobby Lobby is an American chain of retail arts and crafts stores founded in 1972, currently operating over 800 locations across 47 states. The company is privately owned and operated by the Green family. While Hobby Lobby sells many items for the home, they do not sell candles.
The company offers a wide variety of products, including arts and crafts supplies, fabric, framing, floral items, home décor, holiday items, housewares, paper goods, party supplies, scrapbooking supplies, seasonal items, and wedding supplies. Many of these items would go great with candles, but unfortunately Hobby Lobby does not sell them.
It’s unclear why the company has decided not to sell candles. It could be due to the fact that candles are often associated with religious ceremonies or events, and Hobby Lobby is a Christian company.
Or it could simply be because they haven’t found a supplier that meets their high standards. Whatever the reason, it’s a shame they don’t sell candles because they would make a great addition to their already impressive selection of products.
