Does Lidl have a loyalty card?

Lidl is a German multinational discount supermarket chain, based in Neckarsulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, that operates over 10,000 stores across Europe and the United States.

Lidl has a loyalty card in some countries, but not all. In the United Kingdom, Lidl offers a “Clubcard” which gives customers points for every pound they spend in store.

These points can then be redeemed for money off future shopping trips. However, in other countries such as the United States and Germany, Lidl does not currently offer a loyalty card scheme.

There are some advantages and disadvantages to having a loyalty card. On the one hand, it can encourage customers to keep coming back to the same store and spending more money.

On the other hand, it can be seen as a way of trapping people into spending more than they need to.
