states and the District of Columbia. Marianos, a Greek restaurant in the Financial District of San Francisco, uses Instacart to deliver food to customers’ doors.
The study found that customers who used Instacart rated their overall satisfaction with the service as higher than those who did not. Additionally, customers who used Instacart were more likely to recommend the service to friends and family.
Although the findings of the study are positive, there are some limitations. First, the study was conducted only among customers of Marianos, which may not represent the overall customer experience of using Instacart.
Additionally, the study did not measure any impact that using Instacart may have had on overall food sales at Marianos.
