Does Rite Aid have laxatives?

Since 2013, Rite Aid has been under scrutiny for laxative sales. In a 2013 investigation by the Associated Press, it was found that Rite Aid was one of the top five U.S.

retailers selling laxatives. The investigation discovered that laxatives were being marketed to seniors and children, and that some of the laxatives were being sold without a prescription.

Although Rite Aid has since discontinued selling laxatives without a prescription, the company has yet to prove that it has eliminated laxative sales altogether. In a 2017 investigation by the Center for Investigative Reporting, it was found that laxatives were still being sold at Rite Aid stores in California.

This investigation also revealed that the laxatives were being sold to people without prescriptions, and that some of the laxatives were being sold to children.

Although Rite Aid has admitted to selling laxatives without a prescription, the company has yet to prove that laxative sales have ended completely. As a result, it is still unclear whether or not Rite Aid has laxatives.
