Rite Aid does not currently pay its employees a minimum wage. While the company has previously committed to paying its employees a minimum wage of $10.10 per hour, as of September 2017, it has yet to implement this policy.
In light of this, some employees have filed a lawsuit seeking to compel Rite Aid to comply. While a final verdict in this case has not yet been rendered, it appears that, at present, Rite Aid does not currently pay its employees a minimum wage.
