Starbucks has not released any information about their Halloween cUPS for 2021, but it is likely that they will continue to offer their popular cUPS. In past years, Starbucks has released a limited edition Halloween cup each year that features a different design.
So it is likely that we will see a similar cup this year. However, it is unclear if the cup will be released in time for October 31st.
