Does Wendy’s own Arby’s?

As of December 31, 2018, Arby’s Restaurant Group was the second-largest quick-service sandwich chain in the United States with $3.6 billion in annual sales and 8% of the quick-service restaurant market.

Wendy’s owns Arby’s, however they operate as separate entities. This means that while Wendy’s may control some financial and marketing decisions for Arby’s, they are still two different companies.
