How to Do V UPS

When it comes to working out, many people are intimidated by the V-Up. Truth is, it’s a great exercise for beginners. Here’s how to do it:

1. Lie down on your back on the floor with your forearm and hand resting on your chest.

2. Place your other hand on your hip and lift your torso and legs into the air so your body is in a V shape.

3. Hold the position for as long as you can, then slowly lower your body back to the ground.

4. Repeat the exercise several times.
