If you have an Advance Auto Parts merchandise credit, you can check your balance online or by calling customer service. To check your balance online, visit the Advance Auto Parts website and log in to your account. Once you are logged in, click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page. Then, click on the “Check Gift Card Balance” link under the “Gift Cards & Rewards” section.
You will be prompted to enter your gift card number and PIN. After you enter this information, click on the “Check Balance” button to see your current balance. If you would prefer to check your balance by phone, you can call customer service at 1-877-ADVANCE (238-2623).
