Best Buy offers a great rewards program for its customers. You can check your Best Buy Rewards balance online, in the store, or by calling customer service.
To check your balance online, log in to your account and click on the “Rewards” tab. Your current balance will be displayed at the top of the page. You can also view your recent transactions and see how many points you have earned in the past 12 months.
In the store, you can ask a cashier to check your balance for you. They will scan your card and give you your current balance.
If you are a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus member, you can also use the My Best Buy app to check your balance. Just open the app and tap on the “Rewards” tab. Your balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.
