If your PayPal account is locked, you can try the following:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the “Account” link in the top right corner of the page.
3. Under “My Account,” click “Forgot Password?”
4. Enter your email address and click “Create Password.”
5. Click “Log In” to enter your new password.
6. Under “My Account,” click “View Account Details.”
7. Under “Investments & Transactions,” click the “Report a Problem” link.
8. Under “Report a Problem,” click “Lock Account.”
9. Enter your PayPal email address and click “Confirm.”
10. Click “Submit.”
If you still cannot log in to your PayPal account, you can try the following:
1. Contact PayPal customer service. Try resetting your password. Try contacting your bank or credit card company about your PayPal account.
