If you’re a Target RedCard holder, you have a few different options for contacting customer service. You can call the customer service number on the back of your card, chat with customer service through Target.com, or send a message through the Target app.
To speak to a customer service representative by phone, call the number on the back of your Target RedCard. When you call, you’ll be prompted to enter your 16-digit card number. Once you’ve entered your card number, you’ll be connected to a customer service representative who can help you with your inquiry.
If you prefer to chat with customer service online, you can do so through Target.com. To chat with customer service, click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of Target.
Then, select “Chat with us” from the drop-down menu. You’ll be asked to enter your name, email address, and phone number before being connected to a customer service representative.
You can also send a message to Target’s customer service team through the Target app. To do so, open the app and tap on the “Account” tab.
Then, scroll down and tap on “Contact Us.” Enter your inquiry and tap on “Submit.” A customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
