If you need to file a complaint with Publix, there are a few different ways you can do so. You can either call their customer service number at 1-800-242-1227, or you can fill out an online form on their website.
If you choose to call customer service, you will need to have your order number ready. Once you are on the phone with a customer service representative, they will ask for your order number and then ask what your complaint is.
They will take down your information and try to resolve the issue over the phone. If they are unable to do so, they will take down your mailing address and send you a letter with instructions on how to file a formal complaint.
If you choose to fill out the online form, you will first need to go to the Publix website and find the customer service page. On this page, there will be a link that says “file a complaint.”
Click on this link and it will take you to the online form. Here, you will need to enter your order number, as well as a description of your complaint. Once you have filled out all of the required information, click “submit” and your complaint will be sent to Publix customer service.
