If you have been unable to access your PayPal account, there may be a hold on it. To remove the hold, you will need to contact PayPal and provide the following information:
Your PayPal account name
The email address associated with your PayPal account
The reason for the hold
PayPal will then review the request and determine if there is a valid reason for the hold. If there is a valid reason for the hold, PayPal will release the funds and update you on the process.
If there is not a valid reason for the hold, PayPal will release the funds and update you on the process.
