If you’re not happy with an item you’ve received from us, you can return it to us within 28 days of receiving it, providing it’s in its original condition and you have your order confirmation or delivery note to hand. You can return items to us either by post, or in person at one of our stores.
If you’re returning items by post, please note that we’re unable to refund any delivery charges.
To return an item by post, please fill out the returns form that came with your order and enclose it with the items you’re returning. Then simply take your package to your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage (which is free of charge). Please keep hold of this until you’ve received your refund.
In-store returns
To return an item in person, please take the items you’re returning along with your order confirmation or delivery note to any of our stores. If you don’t have your delivery note, please bring some ID with you so we can locate your order on our system.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process it within 5-7 working days. You’ll then receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
