How do pull-ups for beginners?

Pull-UPS can be a great exercise for beginners because they are relatively easy to do, require minimal equipment, and can be done at home with just a pull-up bar. To do a pull-up, you need to use your upper body to lift your body up towards the bar. To start, find a pull-up bar that is high enough for you to reach, and set up a chair or a bench close to the bar.

Once you have set up your equipment, find a spot on the bar that is comfortable for you to hang from, and pull your body up until your chin is above the bar. From here, slowly lower your body back down to the start position, and repeat.
