How do you make McDonald’s at home?

Ingredients:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1/4 cup diced pickles

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter on medium-high speed for 1 minute until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour mixture and beat until just blended.

4. Pour batter into baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

5. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Sprinkle with pickles and serve.
