How does USPS bulk mail work?

USPS bulk mail is the process of mailing large packages or envelopes using the United States Postal Service. Packages and envelopes must be at least 4.5 inches wide by 9.

5 inches high by 22 inches long, and weigh no more than 44 pounds. They must also be packed in a box that is at least 18 inches by 24 inches by 36 inches.

USPS requires a mailing label and a postage meter for each package or envelope. The postage meter must be affixed to the outside of the package or envelope.

The mailing label must be attached to the postage meter or the outside of the package.

The USPS will calculate the postage and issue a postage meter voucher to the sender. The sender then attaches the voucher to the package or envelope.

The USPS will then issue a postage stamp to the sender. The package or envelope will then be mailed.
