How long do you have to work at Walgreens to get benefits?

In order to be eligible for Walgreens benefits, you must have worked at the pharmacy chain for a certain amount of time. Walgreens calculates this amount based on how long you have been with the company and how much experience you have. Typically, you must have worked at Walgreens for at least 1,095 hours in order to be eligible for benefits.

If you have less than 1,095 hours of work experience, Walgreens will calculate your eligibility based on your total hours worked at Walgreens, including hours worked before you joined the pharmacy chain. If you leave Walgreens before you have accrued 1,095 hours of work experience, you will not be able to re-join the company and be eligible for benefits.
