According to the nutrition information provided on the Tim Hortons website, the chipotle chicken wrap has 360 calories. This means that a single wrap contains the equivalent of 24 teaspoons of sugar.
In addition, the wrap contains 11 grams of saturated fat, which is more than half of the recommended daily limit. Given these high levels of unhealthy ingredients, it’s no wonder that the wrap is a popular weight-loss food.
