This tragic death comes just weeks after another dog, a 10-year-old Bichon Frise named Tali, died while being groomed at a Petsmart in Windermere, Florida.
And in November, a 1-year-old Dachshund named Henry died after being left in a Petsmart van overnight in Ohio.
Petsmart has come under intense scrutiny since these reports surfaced, with many people accusing the company of negligence and demanding that they be held accountable.
So far, Petsmart has not released an official statement regarding the deaths, but they have issued a refund to the owner of Tiki and have suspended the employee who was working on her at the time of her death.
