How many push-ups do prisoners do a day?

Prisoners do a minimum of 100 push-UPS a day, but some do as many as 500. Correctional officials believe that push-UPS are an excellent exercise for prisoners because they require strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Push-UPS can be done anywhere, and they can be done in a standing, sitting, or lying position. Prisoners also use push-UPS as a form of stress relief.
