Since its inception, the Burger King mascot has been a young girl, known as Whopper Girl. In 1984, she was given the name of Georgia J. Thomas. Thomas was only 10 years old when she was chosen, and she remained the company’s mascot until 2003.
In 2003, Burger King introduced a new mascot, named BK Kids. This mascot is a younger version of Whopper Girl, and is meant to appeal to younger consumers. Whopper Girl is now retired and BK Kids is the only mascot at Burger King.
