Is Amazon Prime no longer 2-day shipping?

Today, Amazon Prime members can enjoy free two-day shipping on most items, but some items, like groceries, cannot be shipped for free. In fact, Amazon now charges a fee for two-day shipping on many items. So, is Amazon Prime no longer two-day shipping?

The answer is not simple, because the definition of “two-day shipping” has changed over time. When Amazon first started offering two-day shipping, it meant that orders placed before 12pm PST would be delivered the following day.

However, over time, Amazon has expanded its two-day shipping policy to include items that ship within 24 hours.

In other words, if you place an order before 12pm PST, your order will likely be delivered the same day. However, if you place an order after 12pm PST, your order will likely not be delivered until the following day.

So, is Amazon Prime no longer two-day shipping if you place your order after 12pm PST? In short, yes, Amazon Prime now does not offer two-day shipping on items that ship within 24 hours. However, if you place your order before 12pm PST, your order is likely to be delivered the same day.
