Grubhub is a popular online food ordering and delivery service that operates in many U.S. states. Despite having a presence in Texas, many consumers have voiced complaints about poor delivery service from Grubhub.
In a study conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center, Grubhub was found to have the worst delivery performance of any of the major food delivery services. In fact, only 4% of Grubhub orders were delivered on time, compared to the industry average of 34%. Furthermore, Grubhub was also ranked as the worst delivery service for orders placed during rush hour.
Despite the poor delivery performance, some customers have argued that Grubhub is still better than most other food delivery services. For example, Grubhub is often cheaper than its competitors, and it offers a variety of delivery options, such as pizza and delivery through Uber Eats.
However, given the poor overall delivery performance of Grubhub, it is likely that most Texas residents will continue to use other food delivery services, rather than using Grubhub.
