Is Starbucks Matcha green tea healthy?

A recent study published in the “Journal of the American Medical Association” found that consuming green tea may provide some health benefits, including reducing the risk of some cancers. However, because there is not enough research on the long-term effects of green tea consumption, it is still not known whether or not Starbucks Matcha green tea is healthy.

In the study, nearly 130,000 people were followed for an average of about seven years. They found that those who drank green tea had a lower risk of cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx, and esophagus, as well as ovarian cancer.

It is still unknown if Starbucks Matcha green tea is responsible for these benefits, or if other factors, like diet, are also playing a role. However, based on these findings, it may be worth investigating whether or not Starbucks Matcha green tea can provide some health benefits for people who drink it regularly.
