Is there a class action lawsuit against Verizon?

There is no question that Verizon has been complicit in collecting massive amounts of customer data without consent. In fact, Verizon has been caught doing this multiple times.

And yet, the company has not been held accountable.

Verizon has been accused of violating the Wiretap Act, the Stored Communications Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the Massachusetts Unfair Trade Practices Act.

If you were a Verizon customer and your data was illegally collected, there is a good chance that you are not the only one. There is a class action lawsuit against Verizon pending, and if you were impacted, you may be able to join the suit.
